Still not dead

Dear LTTers,

Moon & I are STILL not dead (the first time we told you this was on Friday, remember?. But we STILL haven’t talked to each other. Well, we sorta did tonight when I was on my way to meet a friend, getting yelled at by a cab driver because I had no cash & getting another call on my other line. It was a very rushed & sad “catch up.” Can life slow down for like a second? Don’t they know that Moon & I haven’t talked in like, weeks? Uggh… stupid life.

Anyway- this is a sad, sad post to apologize yet again and promise that this week we’ll catch up. This week we’ll make a PLAN to entertain you AND ourselves. This week we’ll be BACK on the Twi bandwagon.

    I like that the tag on this post is “not dead.” One day, you guys are going to be big stars, and you’re going to have your own death rumor, and this site is going to come up. Don’t worry! Not dead!

    Thanks for just dropping us a line, UC – that’s really all we need.  Just knowing you are still there, and still care about us will get us through our day…*sniff*.

        Hehehe. Unfortunate typo there. But my FIRST morning status meeting almost did involve fists.  They usually do – I put it down to a lack of sufficient coffee intake.

        Back in the day, when UC and Moon first got their Edward “action figures”, the box read “ming” reading as his special power.  It was the running joke for a while…ages ago it feels like!  =)

    So it seems that UC and Moon aren’t the only ones who’ve taken a hiatus from LTT.  Where is everybody?  And don’t give the the old Real Life excuse – it’s just so lame. 

    As for a topic discussion, here is one which I think a friendly poster brought up in the comments of the last “We’re Not Dead” post: Scenes you want to see in BD Part Deux.

    For me, it’s the first time Eddie takes Bella hunting just after she has turned.  They go all fast running through the forest, trees whipping by at light speed, smell some deer, smell a human – Bella keeps herself from eating the hikers by taking off.  Then just before they head back to the house to meet up with the others, Ed points out how her velvet blue dress has been torn to shreds (she hadn’t noticed).  I tell you, that would be a good scene.  Kristen all sparkly, ferocious and in a dress of mere tatters.  Bill C – promise me you did this!

      I would like to see that scene also but not for the same reasons as you do :)

      I wonder how they are going to pull off all the mind stuff in this one. (Hopefully better than the wolf thing in part one. It was just weird sorry to say.) it’s going to be interesting to see how they can keep it from looking like a bunch of kids having a staring contest.

        Yep, that’s the worrying thing. If they transformer-ise everyone’s voices again I’ll have problems retaining my popcorn

      It’s January, people are nursing heads and sugar-free grudges.

      What do I want see in BDII? Mainly Bella turning from whiney human into self-confident vampire, as in finally being aware of her strengths and focussing on making them better, rather than just the stuff she wasn’t and/or couldn’t do.

      I wanna see her wrestle Emmett and finally enjoy sex properly!
      (In two completely separate scenes)

        Oh yes! Arm wrestle Emmett. I hope they add that. I really want to see it. However, I was disappointed when I didn’t see the argument between Rosalie and Jacob in part one, (the one where he throws the bowl at her head) so I’m not going to hold my breath.

      I definitely want to see this…and I want to hear her growl at Edward, then watch her make that into a big deal.

      And I’m excited to see if KStew will shriek out “LOCHNESS MONSTER” the way Bella does in my head when I read the book.

      I’m well chuffed for the “hanging out around the house practicing fighting” scene with Zafrina creating mirages.

      I can’t wait to see the “bubble” with the oozing from Alec. Is that his RL name or the character’s name?

      And of course, I really want to see Kate in action with Lee Pace. I hope her electrifying talents are done well in CGI. High hopes there.

      I’m also excited for what I anticipate to be the BIG MONTAGE at the end when Bella removes her shield and lets Edward finally see what’s in her head.  I cried in the book, so I anticipate crying in the theater. I love crying at movies. Feels so good.

      Yay! That reminded me I still have Downtown Abbey ep3 to watch! :)   And I have one Swiss Miss w/ marshmallows packet left…  AND the french horns on this murray gold song just kicked in and that makes me smile.

      So much goodness!  I miss you people.

      OH! How did I forget to say I can’t wait to see if they use a little black backpack for Renesmee during the big “battle” scene, and I hope they play that song “Little Black Backpack” as a refrain. I will pee myself if this happens.
