Amy, I'm looking to a) loose weight and b) get healthier in general. But to get there, there are obstacles to deal with such as high cortisol, low thyroid, etc. What i want to do is sort thru all the stuff that isn't balanced in my body/life, id which are the big hitters, identify actions, and prioritize what to do to get healthier - do I look at supplements, look at changes to my diet? what change will give me the most bang for the buck? etc.
Hey, don't blame you one bit for giving yourself a free pass on food... and makes sense you're walking so fast, I can only imagine all the stress (and other stuff) you're still processing. BIG HUGS your way!!!
