GRETCHEN HAS A CALENDAR!!!

Postby SpunkyBookworm » Fri Jan 07, 2011 10:32 pm

Okay peeps!!
I have a Rob calendar. He's hot! I would do the horizontal tango if he asked, and I would really enjoy stalking him up in Vancouver. BUT!! I have decided that I should keep my Rob obsession that is not Twilight related to my computer.

Because of this, I would be happy to send whoever picks the number closest mine between 1 and 54 this calendar that has huge pics! Unfortunately they made it so you can't cut out the pic and make posters because of the way it's cut--you know, like we did in 5th grade.
PLEASE PM ME!!
I will take numbers up till next Wednesday. If I change my mind, I'll let you know. :D
It's Time!!

LISA, isn't SM the best?? If I had to pick just one commentary for BD it would be her over robsten. They don't really contribute a whole lot, it's just like watching the movie with 2 goofy friends who don't shut up. But her, she really gave us some really good insight!
And I LOVE Blondie!!! Have you read dark side of the moon? It's one of my all time favs!

Ok, guys, something weird happened higher up on the page. If you scroll up, you'll see that I "quoted" something that is actually posted below the above mentioned "quote"

I wish I could have a bike trainer now but a) the building owner has expressly forbidden me from keeping my bike in my apt- long story and b) there really isn't enough room here. Hubby and I currently live in a tiny apt with plans to move into his house out of state, eventually. *That's* when I'll have one. For now, it's deal with the cold/rain/wind or not. Instead I've been running on my mini-trampoline for the past 2 days and loving it. I just imagine I'm jogging along with all my Running H00rs here and I can just watch the rain hit the windows, instead of watching it hit me. :D

Running = great, and running inside when it's raining outside = awesome! I love exercising on a trampoline -- they're ideal for working out your calves, quads, and hamstrings.

I've started reading it, and I like it! Definitely intriguing, and well written.

SeattleLisa wrote:~~Let's plan a Century Ride this summer! The hardest part for me will be shaking Hubby out of the sheets at an early hour and getting out there. I'm embarrassed to admit this. I STILL don't know how to change a flat. I want him along on my Century for that purpose (although I should learn before then) and because I always cycle faster when he goes along. Are you in? Want to cycle a century "with me" in June?

I'm in! My bf has done a lot of centuries before, so he said he'll help me train. I'm psyched about this!

Also, I know what you mean about changing flats. The last time I tried to change a flat myself, I managed to break the little presta valve off of the tube. I now just let the bf fix my flats for me -- we're both much happier with this arrangement!

You're welcome! I know what it's like to be cockblocked by Ms. Shoes taking down her ff! ;)

Well, goodnight all. I'm off to bed (relatively) early tonight!

It's very well written and the premise is intriguing. I dare you to try it! Thankfully it's completed and short, only 19 chapters. I've almost finished it.

Gretchen- How can you be sick of rated M ff? I was a little sad that the fic I'm reading wasn't graphic enough! ha! I remember a certain fic that you rec'd a while ago that was so graphic I wouldn't even read it. ?? My fave non-M fics are by Blondie and Giselle-x. I can't remember if you said you've read anything from them?

OKAY OKAY!!! Tired of rated M fanfic is a bad choice of words. But Bella's TINY hands wrapping around Edwards HUGE c*ck kills me. TINY HANDS??? People, my hands are the same size as my dad's. Sad, I know, but I'm tired of people writing about a delicate Bella.
Also, Edward's Huge c*ck. We have seen pics w/ outlines of Rob's thing through his pants. Now....I wouldn't say he isn't well-endowed, but it's not huge, either. *sigh* I know....fiction Gretch.

OKAY!!! No more fanfic talk. I'm here to be serious about this challenge! Water's easy! Treats...not so much! Although teaching aerobics gives me free gym membership to the Y, it's 10 miles away, so I have joined the gym that's 2 blocks from my house. Dear daughter and I will go together. 5am. 3x/week for now. I know after a while I'll be there everyday. I really like that gym and will miss it when I decide to move.

oh my god! this totally gets me too! I am so tired of reading about bellas flat stomach and her petite hips! Give me a bella with a few strech marks and a baby belly. Have you read trainer ward? I know lisa doesn't like it, but Amanda, I think you did?

And YAY! for joining the closer gym and for DD agreeing to go with you, I hope you guys have fun!

I am still here but even tho my status says fake lesbian, I have been a lurking third wheel. it's just so hard to keep up with so many posts! Our family has gotten bigger (not a fat joke). I didn't take notes so here goes my memory-ADHD style
Amanda- i farted, while laughing, during a bikini wax. Had to tip big that day.
Sam- my kid is 10 years old and I still haven't finished his cross stitched Christmas stocking. I suck at this parenting thing. Go Bearcats!
Gretch-I love me some good smutty Fic but.....that is all
Lisa- (step away from the thermometer) I need to get my ass up and on the treadmill before you come this way and beat me with a mini trampoline. i haven't exercised in 2 days. BTW I DID do the Thanksgiving 5K even though it was FREEZING that day...I still did it anyway! Hubs and i are going to do a valentines day 4 mile run/walk (Feb 12)
claudia-hope you are feeling better
thanks for the heartrate monitor info because that is what my hubs wanted for xmas but I failed with that so he is getting it for our anniversary next month. do any of them have a pedometor on them for running.

I need to write more but I have exactly 11 minutes to get dressed before I lose that point so I will check in later.
Welcome newbies!!!!!

Yeah the tiny hands things is overdone. And it just makes me think of the the skit on SNL: http://www.hulu.com/watch/37752/saturday-night-live-the-lawrence-welk-show However, the big cock issue? Keep the faith! (Please note I did NOT make this! The interwebs can be a wonderful place.)

I liked it for the most part. The drama portion towards the end angered me but that's because I was empotionally invested in it with a deep love with Trainerward! :D

He he. I totes agree! That kind of generic romance novel shiz always turns me off. Authors who can't come up with more original descriptions for E & B than "huge" and "tiny" need to buy a dictionary ... or at least a thesaurus!

I've done well today so far! I got on my bike trainer this morning and rode it hard for a half hour. I was dripping sweat by the end. I'm getting my legs back in gear for climbing the "hills," which is good -- I gotta get in shape for the hilly Western PA terrain.

I practiced my Downward Facing Dog some more, and couldn't stop laughing thinking about sad Edward! I'm pretty sure that's Normal. ;)

Well, back to work!

Ok, don't laugh, I've never actually measured a penis. but doesn't 12.75 sound a bit porno like or is that pretty average?
TwilightCat wrote:I practiced my Downward Facing Dog some more, and couldn't stop laughing thinking about sad Edward! I'm pretty sure that's Normal. ;)

I'm sorry! I've runied a perfectly innocent yoga pose. I don't think you'll be able to ever do it again without thinking of Sad Edward. That's happened to me with a bunch of stuff. Twilight is everywhere in my life [not sure if a sad face or a happy face should be inserted here]
And YAY for your awesome workout!
I don't mind the fact that they use it so much, but more that they have to use it so much. Why can't they just say "her hands" or "her stomach"?(can you tell i have a thing agains people with flat stomachs?) I know this is petty but we know why we read this shit and all the little tiny shit makes it harder to relate.

Ummmmm.....12.75 inches....I think that would actually enter my uterus. And I've been around!! Just sayin'....I'm missing the sad Edward thing....what's that all about???? Is that the FF where James dumps "fat" (but really she's my IBW) Bella?

Amanda: I teach water aerobics 2x/week. It's not worth the pay, but I have a wonderful bunch of students!! :D When you realize you're the teacher and the 90 y/o student is in better shape than you, you kinda start wanting to do better. :D

Yeah, that's actually pretty big even for a porn star (though I've seen a few that are that long, and longer)!

SpunkyBookworm wrote:I'm missing the sad Edward thing....what's that all about????

Just playing the Edward homonym game ... DownWard Facing Dog made our Twi-brains think of a sad Edward. :D

SpunkyBookworm wrote:Is that the FF where James dumps "fat" (but really she's my IBW) Bella?

This made me LOL! My IBW (130-140) is considered "fat," too, though it doesn't feel fat to me. Although I'm 5'3", I feel my best when I'm about 140 -- when I weight 130, I end up feeling pretty emaciated (so much for the silly weight loss "experts" with their silly statistics).

Gotta make this a quick cycle-by post.

Your posts were so funny!

Amy-   And um...I've never been waxed so can't imagine laughing while that's being done. Weirdo. ;)

12.75 is definitely on the side of Holy Hell! Sorry Gretchen, I still love the monster cocks in ff (helllloooooooooo Hockeyward!) only because they're so fun to look at in RL. Beautiful freaks of nature. However the reality of the Monstercock Lover isn't so fun. The only pseudo-Edward-hair-color-guy I went out with had a monster cock and I just couldn't help singing "Like A Virgin" in my head after that first time with him. ouch! My only regret is that I didn't measure it but I'd say he was about 10 inches. It was scary long but thankfully not monster thick. (TMI? Who cares!) So, fellow Goddesses, back to you. The biggest you've ever had?

Claudia- Yay for Twilight being everywhere in life! I feel the same way.

Obava- Earlier you said something was sponge-worthy and I really cracked up at that. (maybe Claudia not having sponge-worthy hair right now?)  Yay for Seinfeld references!

Cat & Claudia- You both inspired me today on my bike ride. I was feeling very intimidated by this one hill that I've only done once before a couple months back, when I was in slightly better cardio shape and a few pounds lighter. I was scared this hill was going to make me it's bitch, I didn't want to do it, BUT I DID IT ANYWAY! This hill basically starts at a park at sea level then switchbacks up a hill until you get to the bluff at the top. Last time I didn't need to stop but today unfortunately I had to, but just once. My heart rate shot up to 158 bpm and that was just a bit too uncomfortable. The whole hill took 11 minutes, not counting my 2 minute stop to let my HR drop a bit, but man oh man, did I feel good at the top. Cat, I kept thinking about your tough sweaty ride today, and how that century is coming up in June and my bike isn't going to pedal itself! (wouldn't that be a motorcycle anyway? ha!) And Claudia, at the bottom of the hill, I told Hubby "I'm going to be a Runner this year" so I just knew I had to do it. Short ride today, only 16.5 miles, but lots more hills than I normally do in 1 ride. I also kept thinking this year is NOT about miles. Quality vs. quantity so it's all about hills and the numbers on the HR monitor, not the odometer.

Ok, gotta run. Just returned from cycling, must get ready to go out and see the movie "The King's Speech" with Hubby. I always love me some Colin Firth, although he's not my quintessential Mr. Darcy, but a close second.

LOVE YOU ALL!

Colin will always be Mr. Darcy to me. He's my Rob more than Rob. *sigh* Although Matthew McFadyen has that sexy low Mr. Darcy voice......Hmmmmm. Gotta love those Brits.

Amy, I envy you bikini waxes. I can hardly stand my eyebrows being done!!

Please excuse any errors since I'm attempting to answer via Ipod. No we've all read about monstercocks in ff. I want to know about everyone's mc stories in RL since that's the kind of h00r I am. Gretchen please tell me you shagged a hockey player in RL who had a monstercock!!!

Hello!

I promised cdubs when we got together last month (she's my local flatmate/friend) that I'd stop by and take part in the challenge. I'll do my best to check in and visit whenever I can. :)

I live outside of Dallas, work for myself (which means putting in a lot of hours) as an Consultant/Executive Administrator/Event Planner for various small businesses and business organizations. What does that mean? I'm not sure myself sometimes, but it's the titles most folks refer to me as - basically, if they have something business oriented that needs oversight or coordination on (basically managing things), I can do it - even if I don't know how to, I'll learn how to do it. Some clients are short term, others I've been working with for years. The thing I like best is that I'm always doing something different, learning something new - so I never feel stuck in rut.

I see a lot of familiar faces here, I usually hang out in the other thread, so many of you probably know me from there. I've been missing in action some lately due to work, but I'll try to do better. One of my goals for 2011 is to have more "me" time.

My vampire quality would probably fall in line with Carlisle and Esme, the compassion/love thingie, but probably more of a caregiver. I like to take care of people, help make their lives easier. I just want everyone to be happy. :-) Don't get me wrong tho, i'm not a goody-goody AT ALL. 8-) :P

I've been on a kick to lose weight and just be healthier. I walk nearly every day and have started back at the gym this past week. I need to work on getting more sleep. I'm a night owl tho, but it's another 2011 goal - more sleep.

On that note, i'm going to scan the posts and then turn in.

Looking forward to this! :)

Forgot to mention, "The King's Speech" was one of the best movies I've seen in a long time, even better than Black Swan. Colin and Geoffrey Rush nailed it. Hoping for Oscar nods.
