I've been focusing more on my tummy stuff than these rules. It's going OK, although wheatgrass shots are NOT the energy boots the internet claims they are. Nor are they a substitute for coffee. I actually don't get anything from them
My exercise has been same as ever, water consumption has been bad, and my stomach seems to have shrunk- I no longer can eat 2 or 3 servings of anything. Yay me!
Each time I read about these wheat grass shots I thought they were some sort of injection. But I think it finally sank in that it's "shot" as in "served in a shot glass" kind of shot. Right?
There is no substitute for coffee. Just sayin'.
