YES! Monday I tried a blonde plum (gross), Tuesday I tried a new frozen pizza - ok, not super healthy, but Tuesdays are my late night and a frozen pizza - a vegetarian one at that - is better than a bag of potato chips or some other hastily eaten garbage. And I label read so the pizza wasn't totally devoid of nutritional value.
Wednesday was a stuffed cabbage roll - which turned out pretty good, and a mixed rice salad that was wild rice with apples, cranberries and I can't remember what else cuz it turned out like crap (undercooked the rice and overdid the vinegar in the dressing). Thursday was red thai chicken and rice - which I freakin' ROCKED (never cooked red curry before - or any kind of curry for that matter). Tonight I'm trying veal. I don't know why, but I've never had veal. Or if I have I didn't like it cuz it has never appealed to me, and I've never bought it before. But since we're trying new stuff this week I figured I'd try it out.
