I am not thank God. I am so burned out. Four days off was desperately needed. I am, however, at a loss for what to do today. I made the poor choice of going shopping last night for a coat for Mr. KK since it's cooling down here and he somehow doesn't have one. 50% off! But oh lawd it was awful. I walked into a PACKED store only to find out- too late- that no one was shopping, they were all standing in line to pay. The line was so long and so dense I didn't even know it was a line until I was trying to find the end of it.

He has a coat now.

I think I might go see Catching Fire again today. I earned it.

Coats are good. I hear it's going to get down to the mid 50s in Cali this winter! BRR! ;) I had a similar experience with long lines once when one of the Canadian tour buses was at the Burlington Coat Factory. The line was an HOUR AND A HALF LONG. There was nothing in that store I needed that badly.

I think you've earned it, too! I went to see it again yesterday. Now that I can see it a little more objectively I have questions.

I'm going to sound like a brat, however, I LOVE Winter! I LOVE rain! And it is just. not. happening. It has been in the high 60s for weeks and we had just one night of rain so far. :( I'm ready! I even have a spot set up by a window so I can see the rain and hear it on our skylight. *SIGH*

I was looking at movie times and I saw The Book Thief is out too. I might do a double feature day tomorrow instead. Today is a don't shower or bush hair day.

Not to "brag" but we built a fire yesterday it was so cold...Brrrrr. I am not a fan.

My BIL left today!!!!!

I spent the day at my dad's. He lives an hour away. His wife had her twin grandsons and my son down to decorate gingerbread cookies. It's a long time tradition...But the boys are all in their teens now so the decorating has gotten very....creative.

Me: Are these nursing bras as hideous as I think? I feel frumpy.
Mr. KK: Are you kidding!? I'm going to call you Quick Draw McGraw! We should have gotten some sooner.

we've kept them separated today, but I'll try a brief meeting tomorrow to see how things go ;) my alpha cat sniffed at the door but then just hung out on the nearby bed like nothing was different, while my more timid one was going crazy trying to burrow under the door :?
